As someone who spends a lot of time shopping around for the best deals, I can confidently say Wayfair is one of the best places to score stylish outdoor pieces without blowing your whole backyard budget.
As the resident Style Editor at Homes & Gardens, I keep a close eye on the Wayfair outdoor sales, especially as the weather starts to warm up. But while you might have just missed out on their biggest sale of the year, there are plenty of major deal dates coming up at Wayfair for you to find the best outdoor furniture, lighting, rugs, and more for less.

Still, with so much listed for so little, it's easy to feel spoiled for choice. I've asked Lindsey for her top tips and tricks for shopping in the Wayfair sales below and have personally spent the past few days searching through all the deals, and I’ve found some real gems that are stylish, durable, and seriously well-priced. When are the best times to shop at Wayfair?
Wayfair is pretty good at spoiling us with plenty of major sales throughout the year. In March, we had the Spring Cyber Week in March and the Big Outdoor Sale event in April, and then all eyes turned to Way Day that ran Saturday 26 April through to April 30.
After all the excitement of Way Day, you can expect Memorial Day at the end of May to bring some huge discounts, as well as the Fourth of July sales.
Typically, the biggest sales of the year come in the fall, but with Wayfair, you're pretty lucky year-round.
Black Friday, and the following Cyber Monday, are, of course, big news, but it is actually the biannual 'Way Day' sale that holds the crown as Wayfair's biggest sale day of the year.
When is Way Day?
Way Day comes twice a year, once in spring and once in fall. Between the two, you'll see greater breadth of deals and depth of discounts in the spring sale. The dates for the fall sale are yet to be released, but judging by previous years, it's likely to be early October.
Is Wayfair a good place to buy outdoor furniture?
The short answer is: yes. Wayfair's product offering of the best outdoor furniture is huge, meaning there is usually something for everyone in all sizes, colors, and styles.
Their website is also really easy to navigate, filter down, and search through, making the shopping experience pretty swift – especially during major sale events.
